Things worth
thinking about.

Thoughts on leadership, technology, and living with intention.

01Leadership Is Built on TrustLeadership is more than a position or title. It's a responsibility grounded in trust, integrity, accountability, and relationships. Trust isn't automatically granted by authority; it's earned through consistency, character, and the willingness to do what's right.

Effective leaders build relationships, develop people, and create environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

02Technology Should Add Value to Our LivesTechnology continues to change how we live, work, and connect with one another. But with every advancement, I believe we should ask a simple question: What value does this bring to our lives?

Technology should help us accomplish meaningful things, strengthen connections, create opportunities, and give us more time for what matters.

Throughout my career, I've learned that successful technology initiatives begin with understanding people and their needs. The goal isn't simply to introduce something new. It's to create something useful, sustainable, and meaningful.

Technology should enhance our lives, not become the center of them.

03Purpose Beyond Being BusyEverything we invest in should have a purpose, whether it's a relationship, a responsibility, or a task. Without purpose, it's easy to become consumed by activity without making meaningful progress.

Purpose should extend beyond personal gratification. It should contribute to something greater than ourselves, whether through serving others, strengthening relationships, developing people, or creating lasting impact.

When a commitment no longer has a meaningful purpose, it's worth examining why we're investing our time and energy in it. Reevaluating a relationship doesn't necessarily mean ending it. Sometimes it means adjusting expectations, investing differently, or recognizing that serving someone else is itself the purpose.

Being busy isn't the same as being effective, and activity alone isn't evidence of significance.
